HEIZENO Installation & Commissioning Advice
Install safely and enjoy your pellet stove with peace of mind.
A pellet stove must be installed correctly
to operate safely and optimally.
We therefore recommend having it installed
by a qualified installer,
in accordance with the installation manual and
applicable Dutch regulations.
The 80 mm flue outlet must be connected correctly. A suitable flue,
sufficient air supply, and the required draft
are essential for safe operation.
A simple wall outlet is not automatically permitted in the Netherlands.
Commissioning by a
Qlima Service Partner is mandatory
After installation, the pellet stove must
be inspected, adjusted, and officially commissioned
by a Qlima-authorized
Service Partner.
According to the Qlima information provided,
this commissioning is
included free of charge with the purchase,
with a stated value of
€ 250 including VAT.
Depending on the applicable
Qlima warranty terms, proper installation
and official commissioning may also qualify you for
an additional two-year warranty.
HEIZENO Fuel Advice:
Use only suitable wood pellets
of the quality and dimensions specified by Qlima.
Follow the manual for cleaning and periodic maintenance.
