Electric heaters from Qlima

An electric heater heats without fuel, exhaust, or odors: just plug it in and you’re ready to go. Our Qlima inertia heaters store heat and release it gradually, even for a while after they switch off. This provides even, silent warmth.

  • No fuel, ventilation, or exhaust required
  • Completely silent, with heat storage for even warmth
  • Electronic thermostat; the Sereno models also come with Wi-Fi and an app
  • Ideal for the bedroom, bathroom, office, or as supplemental heating

Electric heater or paraffin heater?

An electric heater is the easiest way to add heat to a room: no fuel, no flue, no smell. Below, you can read about when an electric heater is the best choice.

What is a thermal storage heater?

The Qlima Sereno and Ovido heaters are thermal storage heaters. They do more than just heat; they also store heat in a core and release it gradually. This keeps the temperature even, and they continue to give off heat for a while after being switched off. They operate completely silently.

When should you choose an electric heater?

  • In smaller rooms such as a bedroom, bathroom or home office.
  • If you cannot or do not want to arrange ventilation or a flue.
  • If you do not want to store or refill fuel.
  • If you want to control the heater via an app or Wi-Fi (Sereno series).

When is a paraffin heater more convenient?

For larger or poorly insulated rooms, or places without a power outlet, a laser heater or Wick heater is often more practical. You can see how much heating with paraffin costs at what does heating cost? Compare that with the electricity price in your energy contract.

What should you look for?

  • Power: check the power consumption and recommended room size.
  • Electrical circuit: check whether the outlet and circuit can handle the power.
  • Controls: thermostat, timer and, optionally, Wi-Fi.
  • Placement: some models can be mounted on the wall, while others can be freestanding.
