Returns

Returns are certainly possible – we consider it important that you are satisfied with your order.
Would you like to return a product? Please contact us within 14 days of receipt so that we can register the return process and send you the correct return instructions.

Once we have received the return and checked that it is complete and in good condition, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days. Return costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Important to know:
We cannot accept opened fuels as returns.
Consumables such as wicks/filters/igniters may only be returned unopened.
